Thank you Sue, you truly change lives. I’ve been a member now for two and a half years...even through a busy 12 months of opening a new business and have struggles with attendance I’ve stayed a fully paid member because bootcamp works. Simple as that! No fads, no nonsense. I get results. More...

You are made to feel part of the family great workouts to suit all abilities,from bespoke through to HIIT,Boxercise,video and boot camp to just name a few,be lost without them,they help you outside of classes.Amazing groups to be apart off.

I've just returned to camp after a long two year break (work commitment) I have missed the fun, teamwork, nutritional motivation and above all the RESULTS so much.
Sue and her team are all awesome. I'd highly recommended the camp to anyone who can and should fit it into their lives.

Love, love, love camp! I have been a member for two and a half years and it still offers so much variety. Every workout is different, we are completely focused and motivated, regardless of fitness level, by our professional and knowledgeable coach. Highly recommend **********

Brilliant all round workouts with great instructors!!!
Always something different
I do the early camp 6:15am and although some would say we are nuts , we have some great banter, team work , push each other on and feel ready for the day ahead

I’ve been going to camp for about 5 years now. It’s never the same and it’s slways challenging. You definitely get out of it what you put into it. Sue and her team are fantastically encouraging, as are the other campers and no matter what your goal is, you will receive advice and support to help you achieve it. This month is my 2 year anniversary of joining ILI. Until then, regular exercise was not a part of my life. Fast forward to today. ..I am the fittest and strongest I've been in my adult life (it's still a work in progress!) and I enjoy the regular 3/4 classes a week. It's not just about exercise, it's about being part of a team. We all work together, free from judgements regarding fitness levels and appearance. Isle lose it isn't just exercise classes... it's a family and a way of life! Bootcamps are at a variety of times allowing flexibility and a designed to get you burning fat using high intensity interval training (fear not it is personalised and you go at your rate in line with your personal ability). The 'banter' and laughs, coupled with feeling Alice through activity make for a fabulous part of your day! I have just completed my first month and I wish I had joined 2 years ago instead of being scared I couldn't do it! No-one judges you, you just try your best, that's all that is asked of you. Love it!

Sue became my personal trainer approximately 10 weeks ago at that time I was feeling generally weak and very unfit I was desperate to get my body back how I wanted it to be. At first I suffered with the normal aches and pains to be expected at the onset of a new exercise regime but slowly and steadily I’ve grown stronger and got to that lovely stage where I desire to exercise. I’m so happy with how I feel at the moment and look forward to progressing even more. This I couldn’t have stuck at without Sue she has the knack for knowing when to push you and when you’ve done enough which is necessary if you want to reach your goals, she’s a very nice and kind person who I would recommend wholeheartedly!

I've recently joined isle lose it!! I was so nervous as I don't have a clue about fitness or how to do the work outs correctly but from the start sue as totally put me at ease and guided me every step of the way she's fantastic! ! Every workout I have got a little more confident in what I'm doing I would say to anybody wanting to join don't hesitate just go for it and you will love it!! Everybody is so lovely I always do the 6.15am camp so it's over and done for the day! Thanks to sue I'm starting to believe In myself. More...

I joined boot camp October. Really enjoy the classes. Love the flexibility as you can drop on three different times throughout the day. You just get yourself to camp and you don’t know what’s planned you just get on with it. I am much fitter and stronger and everyone that attends are all friendly and work together. It doesn’t matter what your fitness level is. 6 months and still turning up so it must be good. More...
