She got into the nutrition industry due to her own experienced with her own health and with the help of the right diet and lifestyle changes she could regain her health back.

A healthy diet is very important to everyone in every stages of life. Is not only provide the nutrition and calories for a body to function it also can protect ourselves against many diseases, supports muscle, extend longevity, and more.

The benefits of a healthy diet is not only good for your body but it can also affecting your mental health, brain function, skin condition, gut microbiome, and sleep quality. It can improve the quality of your life.

What I love being a nutritionist is to be able to share my knowledge with people, educate them between what facts and myths, raising awareness in a healthy diet and lifestyle, helping people achieving their goals, and seeing my clients improving their health and wellbeing.

I aspire to be able to help more people out there and raising more awareness about the importance of nutrition.

When the clients choose to start their journey with me I will not only be there to support their nutritional aspect but the whole holistic aspects (mental health, physical activity, sleep). I will not only be there just to give my recommendation and their personalised plan, but I will educate them to make them understand why they need to do what I tell them to, the science behind all the recommendation.

I am not here giving them the shortcut but I am here every step of the way to help them build a new habits, making those micro changes that they can sustain in a longterm as their lifestyle.
