What do you love most about your job?
After over 40 years in the Security Industry, I still love the buzz we all get when we can help people choose the best security system to fit their needs. We don't employ engineers who are told to up sell and they all take great pride in their work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We started Key Solutions Europe Limited in 2014 primarily to provide a service facility to a major supermarket chain. When the company we were working for went into liquidation in 2017, we knew it was time to go it fully on our own, and we haven't looked back since.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are a well established electronic security company based near Sevenoaks in Kent. We have many accreditations and certify all of our security installations. We offer warranties, maintenance contracts and 24/7 cover to all of our contract customers. We specialise in wireless alarm systems which means that you will have no wiring on show. Most installations are completed in less than a day and we always make sure your premises are left in a clean and tidy condition.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
No. Obviously we can't install remotely, but in certain circumstances we can access your system to check the condition and make any adjustments. You would have to let us into the system via the keypad for security purposes.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Hopefully we will not have to endure another pandemic but we will follow all government guidelines should this not prove to be the case.
