ISD Images

Having had previous experience working with ISD and based on the quality of work displayed on their current website, we were delighted to have Iain and Stuart photograph our wedding day.

The level of communication was perfect - we initially suggested some ideas via email then met with them to discuss in further detail. While we had some basic ideas in mind, we found their guidance to be incredibly helpful and often inspiring in helping us to confidently specify what we wanted. We should add that arranging a meeting was very quick and easy, which was a huge help at the time given simultaneous planning of the other services.

On the day we found their level of time-keeping, organisation and presentation to be outstanding. They were great at keeping our wedding party organised for specific shots. They were extremely positive and polite to everyone while shooting, which we think created a relaxed and happy atmosphere. Throughout the day they were almost invisible and worked very well with the wedding ceremony and reception venues.

Finally, we must say that the delivery and quality of the photographs were beyond our expectations and to an incredibly high standard. Thanks to ISD, we have lots of brilliantly captured memories that we'll be able to look back on. We couldn't have asked for more and can't recommend them highly enough.

ISD Images were absolutely great. We met with Stuart and Iain a couple of times in the run up to the wedding and they talked us through all our options. The checklist they gave us really helped us to decide what formal pictures we wanted.

On the big day itself they were amazing, they made everyone feel really comfortable and not only did we get all the group pictures but the more natural ones taken through the day are perfect.
The photobooth they set up for us was so much fun and got everyone involved, it let groups of friends and family get their own group photos and some silly ones as well.

I was delighted with ISD Images from start to finish. Iain and Stuart were flexible on dates and times, and thanks to their portable kit they were able to set up in my living room, making it even more convenient for me. They were great at coaching me to get the most out of the session, and their modern equipment allowed me to see the photos in real time, as images were immediately transferred to an iPad for me to look over. Following the shoot, they very quickly sent over a wide selection of images for me to choose from, and they worked with me to get the best out of the images, editing them at no additional cost. In the lead up to the wedding we met with Iain and Stuart to discuss our requirements for the day. We found them to be extremely attentive as they wanted to understand everything about what we wanted from the day so that they could help capture this on film. Their planning sheets were easy to use and really helped us think about what photos we wanted and indeed what photos we didn't want.Whilst there were certain “formal” pictures that we wanted, we were very keen to have as many “natural” photos as we could. The guys fully understood this and I’m very pleased to report that the end results are truly exceptional.On the actual day, Iain and Stuart split themselves between myself and my wife capturing the lead up to the wedding itself. This was great for us and full credit to them as they were extremely patient and understanding (especially with myself as I’m not exactly Mr Organised). I think it’s important to point out that at no time did we find their presence intrusive, they fitted in with what was happening and were a joy to have with us.After the ceremony, the guys made a start on the “formal” photos we had requested. It’s at this stage that we really felt they “came into their own”. They had to deal with many children and elderly relatives (which lets be honest is like herding cats) plus both sides of the family and Scousers!! They were extremely professional and most importantly extremely organised, they knew exactly what photos to take (and where) making the whole process seamless. They brought humour to the occasion which really helped keep the mood buoyant and fun for all of us.The end results were exactly what we were looking for, high quality, extremely professional photographs that reflected everything we wanted from the day.
