My partner and I love this gym, we both do personal training with Beth who is wonderful. Beth keeps us motivated and going and always with a friendly smile and a good ear. Such a great gym. Loads of equipment... it's small but perfectly formed!
I've gone from a previously pretty high level of fitness to non existent which made me join a gym again - and I've never felt like I'm being judged or like I am in competition with anyone. I've only ever done classes before so working out solo is completely new to me but I've enjoyed trying out all the equipment and seeing what works for me and what doesn't.
