Overall, pleased with my 14 piece system which was easy to set up and works perfectly to date. Took a while to fully get used to app but satisfied now. Much of the information is also available on-line or via Youtube although sometimes you have to look for it. I did need some Yale support on one occasion but readily provided and solved issue. Also very pleased with outdoor camera and will be looking to purchase another (maybe two). Only reason why not 5 star is quality/ functionality of key pad which is very basic and not the best compared to similar priced products. Hopefully Yale will be able to provide an upgrade in the future. Recommended. More...

Despite faulty equipment being supplied, initially, and then replaced; all equipment received from Yale has been eminently reliable, since installation. I’ve deducted a star because installation and setup information resources, in the box, and online, for Yale devices ranges from incomplete, to nonexistent. My equipment is reliable. But getting it there was a process of trial and error, and there are still some functions I am unable to employ, due to a lack of any information on how to do so. If you order Yale smart locks, etc, paying extra to have Yale install it is recommended, as one would expect they would have the information that they seem actively reluctant to supply to the general public. Yes we can. We can look at your property remotely via satellite imaging and estimate the panel layout, number of panels and general roof suitability. From there we can provide you with a "subject to survey" quotation. Should this look favorable we will then come out to the property and perform a full technical survey and design the system for your usage.
