What do you love most about your job?
Problem solving is my strong suit. And as a person I do always like helping people. When I have fixed a hardware issue or software problem and see that my client is happy, it makes me happy. Hence I have been working in IT sector for 20 years.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After being a parent, I have realized flexible working and work-life balance is important for me. So, I have setup my own company to work at on my own pace.

Yes, I can provide my services remotely. Infact more than half of my cuctomers are remote . Software and Opertaing system problems can be easliy fixed via remote connection. Here are couple of examples where I use remote connection: Installation and configuration of any software i.e, MS Office, virus and spyware cleaning, computer performance issues, setting up and configuring Cloud backup, email migration, MS office 365 set up and configuration, domain setup, configuration and maintanince, etc.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During my visits to offices or homes, I do carry hand sanitizers, I use face mask as well as shoe covers.
