No magic formula, special diet or bodybuilding workouts needed (unless that's what you want!) Keep it simple and be consistent.

Personal training is not just about transforming bodies, it's about transforming lives.
Getting somebody lean and happy is one thing, but teaching them how to stay that way and turn their life around means the world to them, and to me.

I thought if I can do it myself I can do it for others.

As a personal trainer for over a decade, I know what it takes to get in shape. As a middle-aged guy, I know how hard it can be! I don't expect my clients to be breaking world records or dieting to the extreme. I encourage clients to consistently be a little better this week than they were last week—and I show them how.

Using the equipment you already have you can get in the best shape of your life if you only know how to use it effectively (even if that's just your own body weight).
