I just got a full central heating system installed by inver-heat and they also uninstalled and removed my old storage heaters. This was all done in two days with minimal disruption and an excellent job from start to finish. I needed an installation of a full central heating system for my elderly father after being let down last minute from another company. I called inver-heat after I was recommended them by a friend. After explaining the urgency they couldn't have been more helpful. The visited and quoted the same day which was greatly cheaper than previous company. Old original boiler system removed and new Combi boiler and pipe work fitted.Flushed the existing radiators and fitted the Hive thermostat system which allows you to control your heating while your out from your phone or just from the wall thermostat. David and his colleagues at Inver-Heat have just completed a boiler replacement for us in a large old house with traditional pipes and radiators in the living areas. It was (or could have been) a complicated job as previous boiler was over 40 years old so quite a bit of builders work required to meet new code and linking in new pipes to an old Victorian system. I-H fitted a Worcester 8000Kw 45kw heat only boiler with pumps etc. Excellent installation and service with David and his colleagues spending considerable time planning the job beforehand to ensure there was as little disruption to the householder (who is 91!) and its systems. Works undertaken seamlessly and there was a lot of attention to detail both at the decommissioning and reinstallation stages. Excellent job professionally undertaken. I used Inver-Heat to install a gas boiler and radiators since I had an old electric storage heating system needing replaced, with gas being my preferred option. I was recommended Inver-Heat from another tradesperson after a gas installer let me down and another quoted a significantly high price. From start to finish, the Inver-Heat guys were approachable, helpful, knowledgeable and reliable. They put me at ease, didn’t apply any pressure use them or sign up quickly. They advised me to check out their reputation via social media, asking around etc. as well as advising to check out competitors too before contacting them to proceed. They also provided a clear upfront and very reasonable pricing structure, which was due on completion. I found this very reassuring; especially given I have never had to have this type of work done before. When I did commit to having them complete the job, they answered my questions without avoiding or dismissing, keeping in regular contact too. They gave clear expectations of timescales and the work involved, stuck to the agreement, and got the job done to a very high standard very quickly, including clearing up afterwards. Once finished, the Inver-Heat guys walked me through using the smart controls and asked for feedback on my experience. They also followed up with sending on the warranty as well as giving clear instructions on how it works. The guys done a great job installing a brand new boiler and new radiators in the house as well as some tricky pipe work. Any questions were answered and work explained before starting. The guys also set us up with the new hive heating system which they spoke us through and showed us how it worked on our phones. David and Jason recently came out to fit some new taps and waste kits in my bathroom. As part of the same job they also fitted a new outdoor tap, and serviced the boiler for me. The guys have done a great job – work is all very clean, tidy, and well-priced. In the last couple of years the guys have also fitted (and relocated) a new boiler and full central heating system (pipe work, rads, lagging, hive, full disposal of old system) and did all the plumbing and gas work for our new kitchen (pipe relocation, sink, waste, hob).
