What do you love most about your job?
I have always loved hearing people's stories and I love helping people solve their problems. A coach is someone who can help you get past that voice in your head, the one that tells you that you are not clever enough or not good enough. When the penny drops for people and they cannot see why they are being held back anymore, it gives me a fabulous sense of wellbeing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I lost my job in 2020 and realised I didn't want to work in corporates writing reports and doing stuff that I wasn't good at or wasn't valuable. I have always worked with people on their confidence and this was a chance to do it full time. It evolved into working with introverts because that is where I was getting the most success.
Why should our clients choose you?
I work with introverts mainly, I focus on confidence and I am honest and show my own vulnerabilities. I am not perfect- no one is. I want to help you be what you want to be and if we click together we will make amazing progress. I provide a free 1:1 discovery session so you can find out about me and if we suit each other. It is such a personal journey - it's important you get the right person.

I am insured to coach my clients all over the world and do this via zoom. So if you are somewhere other than Essex, I can help you. My courses (some I prefer to do in person), can also be done remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of my sessions are currently run via Zoom. Once restrictions are less strict, I will then resume face to face coaching (if needed!)

1 x 2 hour session - You will be asked to complete a personality test, values assessment and wheel of life beforehand. This session will be digging deep.
2 x 1 hour sessions - These will be following up on your progress. Each session will be looking back at the last week or 2, agreeing on what we want to achieve in our session.
