Right from the beginning the customer service was outstanding. I was contacted with all the information I needed like cost, date and time they would be arriving and kept upto date with anything. They arrived earlier than time given which for me was a real bonus as I do like timekeeping. They took the time out to cover our neighbours car so it wouldn’t get damaged which is really nice! Michael is a lovely guy who came to look at our roof within a few hours of texting him, following a leak. He did a few small things up on the roof to help mitigate the problem rather than advising a major job, and then insisted he wouldn't charge us as it hadn't taken him very long! I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone looking to get any roofing or guttering work completed. I also found that he over-delivered on agreed work, discovered other issues, rectified and fixed without adding to the cost. He explained step by step details of everything he was going to complete. He made our house look like a new build by the time he finished. He was that good that many of my local neighbours decided to have work complted also. I fully recommend this tradesman. Micheal proved to meet all the accolades his reviews have stated on the TRUSTATRADER website. His appraisal of the work needed was honest and professional. He advised me of what needed replacement and what was sound. He gave me recommendations drawing from his expertise and explained the reason and benefits behind the advice. He gave me his quote on the spot, very reasonable I thought, and we shook hands. He turned up early on the first day and had the job finished by 1 O'clock the following day always ensuring the site was left tidy. My wife and I met him on the last day, and he walked us through the completed work including the re-pointing of some capping tiles that needed attention at no extra charge. Having had a bad experience with a previous trader i contacted interline roofing. He inspected and confirmed the job had been bodged. I was worried as i had experienced water ingress to porch and a bedroom. Despite being about to go on holiday the same evening Michael worked for over an hour in the dark to dpo a temporary repair to minimise further ingress.i had several quotes and inspections and decided to have my roof replaced. Micheal quote was a little higher than average but not by much so i gave him the job. I was very impressed with Michael and craigs work ethic as they arrived early each day and cracked on straight away. I was kept informed throughout with pics and videos of progress. The finished job was first class and site left safe and tidy each day.i was also impressed with the attention to detail displayed. Michael did a fantastic job on my flat roof and guttering. The job itself wasn't straightforward and needed a lot of thought put into it. Not only did he have to replace the flat roof but he had to undo work that cowboys had done before. He was courteous and pleasant and introduced himself to my neighbour to apologise for the noise he was about to make. He cleaned up all his mess and was a pleasure to have around for the week.
