We have used InSync's services several times over the past few months for a variety of installations covering CCTV, audio visual equipment and Internet/networking. Dean is always very responsive when we contact him and never fails to come up with a solution even when things look impossible. Both we and he "inherited" a lot of our equipment from its previous owner when we took up ownership of our property and it has not been without significant challenges. We recently had a full I.T update and server install by Dean from InSync. Dean provided open and honest information at the consultation stage of our update and this really helped us make a decision on the best system for our needs. I don't often write reviews but sometimes you feel compelled to do so. Dean from InSync provided a great service from start to finish, quickly responding to my initial request, turning up when he said he was going to, providing a competitive price when he said he was going to and completing the work (including a couple of extra bits out of scope) hassle free and on time. It seems like all basic stuff but it is the basics that so few tradesmen actually get right. Recently my lap top became that screwed up with security & browser problems that I was thinking I've had my money's worth and it was time for the bin but before I did I had Dean at In Sync look at it over a weekend . I approached Dean with a task of re-networking an entire office/building where the IT was in a mess! The entire building of two floors was stripped of old cabling, network ports etc. and then an entire new system was put in place.This innovative, fast-paced team came with a positive attitude to all issues and helped restructure the entire IT setup with great service. The team was happy to work after closing hours and over the weekend so not to disrupt the operations of the company. The team made sure the office was not a building site each day, so everyone could carry out their normally duties throughout the day without any worries of being messy or there being any hazards.
