What do you love most about your job?
What I love most is seeing my clients' body language change as they become more relaxed and confident and become happy in their own skins...it is the most amazing feeling...it is sacred and I feel very privileged to be a part of the transformation.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I went through a period of depression myself and I was on the verge of quitting the teaching job I had been doing for 25 years...it was not helped by an incompetent leader who rode rough shod over everybody and as I don't do bullies, I stood up to him.
That was when I saw an advert for training to be a life coach in the Oxford Times...we did not always buy it so I saw that as providential. It was the best thing that could have happened to me as it gave me tools to cope with my work situation; it made me see how brave I was to stand my ground and speak truth to power! He left and I stayed on to retirement woo hoo!
