I really enjoy Debra's pilates class. I've found it hard to motivate myself recently but I never want to miss this class. Each class is specific, and I know as I continue with this exercise, I'll improve my core strength and hopefully keep flexible as I get older.

Debra has helped me strengthen my back after a really bad fall. She showed me some very good exercises to follow. We had a one to one session, to ensure I was doing the exercises correctly. Watching my form and giving me pointers. Can't recommend Debra enough, if you are struggling with back pain she's the lady to help. More...
