Inova kitchens

We have just had a new kitchen fitted by Inova Kitchens based at 43 Windmill Road, Luton. I must say that I read all their reviews before actually making an appointment after visiting few other kitchen suppliers. We found Saf to be very honest and not pressurising in any way and his quote was extremely reasonable. Saf personally visited our home a few times just to make sure that we were happy to go ahead with the choice of units we had made and the layout of our new kitchen. We had left a deposit back in January and then due to covid-19, we were in a lock down situation but Saf was always reachable, which meant our deposit was in safe hands and so peace of mind. His approach from the beginning to the end was excellent, cool and calm not to forget mentioning Julie and Courtney who has been very helpful too. We are very happy with our new kitchen as the fitter Paul and his colleague did a wonderful job. Deep down I know I can rely on Saf if needed to as its not a good bye once the kitchen is installed, its a hello from him so thank you Saf for my dream kitchen. If anyone who is looking for a new kitchen, I would recommend Inova Kitchens so pay them a visit and see for yourself as it could be you next writing a review on your dream kitchen. More...

We have a newly designed and installed kitchen from Invova Kitchens. From start to finish we were kept updated. There was a slight issue with delivery however Inova took ownership and resolved the issue in a timely manner. We are very happy with the finish.

Thank you so much Inova Kitchens (Saf and Courtney) for my dream kitchen. Wife and I went to many different kitchen suppliers ranging from big retailers to very small ones. Inova was the best choice for us; from the design all the way to the installation (thank you Paul) as well as excellent after sales. I don't usually post reviews but felt compelled to do so this occasion. I was going through major house renovations and the kitchen was probably the least stressful part of the project. Saf and the Inova team were excellent, from initial design, budgeting guidance, product advice through to installation - all went really well. I looked at a few of the big name companies but decided I wanted a more personal experience. After 30 minutes with the Inova team I knew I was in excellent hands. Saf and Amrit took a huge amount of time and effort to listen to my needs and then come up with a fabulous design which made the most of my kitchen extension. Over the following months and as the extension was built Saf was available day and night to ask for help and advice and make the inevitable changes and tweaks as a drawing became reality. I could not have wished for a more supportive team that was finished off by Courtney sorting out everything I threw at her. What could have been a traumatic experience became a real pleasure purely due to the care and attention from the Inova team. Saf was more than happy to offer help and advice on appliances, sinks and worktops even if he wasn't going to supply them. Finally, the kitchen was fitted by Paul and his team to an exemplary standard. And all at a price/quality point way ahead of the national chains. We went for a handless German design and having lived with it for a few months are amazed by the quality of every aspect. If you want to use a local specialist firm rather than a faceless giant, don't hesitate to choose Inova. More...
