Q&As

I love what the counselling space can offer the client, at times it can be difficult, but it also can be the safest place to explore your inner thoughts and feelings. The movement that happens for the client is a very special thing to be part of on their journey.

After studying my degree and doing my placement with young adults i realised that there was a lack of support in my area. I wanted to be able to offer along with counselling some creative workshops to get young people engaged through Art and Music.

I believe through my own experience of Counselling that the client is in very safe hands, I feel very honoured to be trusted with someone's innermost emotions and am able to offer them a place free from judgment, full acceptance and understanding.

Yes i have a secure streaming studio with 4K camera's, lighting and backdrops. We can also engage with visuals for young children who may find it difficult to open up and talk.

We follow all government guideline and restrictions. We clean our counselling room before and after each session. We wear masks on entry and exiting the room.
