Angga worked with me during a period when I was trying to strike a better balance between life goals and career objectives.

He was skilled at creating a safe space where I could explore past assumptions, think through new ways of living/working and identify practical ways of taking steps forward.

In particular, he shows a real care for helping people and has a knack for helping clients to re-frame a situation so that they can look anew and develop fresh (and often surprising) insights.

I have received excellent coaching from Angga. He is very resourceful, flexible and knowledgeable.
I came up a variety of needs and he proved to be effective in all the topics that I had the need. I feel much better and rounded after my coaching sessions.

"Angga has been my personal coach over the last 6 months. Our conversations and the reflections triggered by those have helped me so much to navigate hard times and live a better life, spanning from work-life balance, team effectiveness, conflict management and long-term perspective.

Angga paved the way to create a binding relationship and open discussion topics I never realized were a burden on me.
Thank you so much for the shared moments, looking forward for our next talk!"

"I began my coaching journey with Angga tired, stressed, drained and likely on the verge of burn out; throw in a hint of skepticism at whether coaching really would be the answer (even if in part) to returning me back to a ‘good place’ in all the many ways ‘good’ could be embodied.

6 months later I can say that it’s been nothing short of a journey of pure self discovery, understanding that I have the power to rewrite the terms under which I choose to walk through this world, arming me with tools and resources to support me in doing so.
Moreover Angga’s wisdom and general demeanour created a safe haven for me to be open and honest and in turn to embrace his weekly invitations wholeheartedly. So grateful to have met Angga at such a critical time in my life!"

"As part of a Leadership Development Program at Accenture I was assigned Angga as a personal coach. Having now reached the end of this program and reflected on my learnings I can now say, without a shadow of doubt, that the most valuable experience was the coaching with Angga.

Angga and I were able to built a very open and trusting relationship from the very first meeting and he was able to guide me through a wide range of scenarios and areas which have helped both myself and more importantly my team perform at a higher level.

Angga has taught me a number of invaluable techniques to deal with challenging situations and also how to separate work and life - a skill which is becoming more and more important in the hybrid world we are now working in.

I would not hesitate in recommending Angga as a personal coach and wish him the very best in the future."

"The coaches appropriate use of imagery, creativity and their skilful use of language to explore my individual situation -ensuring the creation of an environment which allows for deeper thinking and understanding of thematic topics and their interconnectedness; including the perspectives not just from a self-awareness aspect but also from the perspective of my peers and the organisation viewpoint." Q&As

I work with a variety of leaders from corporates ( e.g. Accenture, HSBC, Amey Plc) to Higher Education to successful SME/ business owners and help to turn the unconcious into concious.

The transformation and insights that are gained in the coaching is really the gold. This is the space I create and love doing it.

As a serial entrepreneur, by achieving material success & 'ticked the boxes of life' that I thought I'd be happy and content. Nope!
This lead to 2 burnouts with mental health & existential crisis all before 30.

I ended up on a leadership programme connected to the U.N. in Tuscany with young leaders from 21 countries which inspired me to retrain as an Executive Coach. 3 years on, I've never felt so aligned and congruent in my decision.

I take a holistic and my clients say a “zen-like” approach to personal mastery. I fuse my creativity into my work.
I don’t improve my clients’ lives, I transform them. Often radically.

I have a diverse portfolio of lived experience on the ground in terms of enterprise development, leadership & personal growth.

This ranges from helping raise £8m for social enterprise in the UK, leading an international team from 3 continents, organising retreats in leadership & wellbeing in Morocco and Portugal, being on boards of charities and founding an innovative men's mental health charity.

Yes, happy to work over zoom / teams / phone calls.

I think we are safe enough using zoom / teams / phone calls :)

Services

Executive leadership coaching provides working partnership with a supportive challenge that benefits individuals and organisations by improving performance through the development of skills, confidence and focus.

Explore leadership styles, personal values, beliefs and everything in between that affects the decisions you make in business and life.

Be the best leader that aligns with all aspects of your life.

How often do we want to develop new habits and it just falls on the wayside?

We want to achieve our potential.
These being to become physically fitter, improving confident, earning more money, having a better work-life balance.
More often than not, life gets in the way.
Next thing you know, time has already flown, without realising how long it's been.
1 month, 6 months, 2 years?
Then you realise you need to make a change again and the cycle continues.

Einstein said "we cannot solve our problems with the same thinking that we created them."

Are you ready to explore what it takes for you to grow?
It's viewing your own life with a lens of honesty & to be truthful it will be hard work.
It takes commitment, drive and courage & it's not for everyone.
You might not like and enjoy everything but this is part of transformation.
Like a phoenix rising from the ashes.
Rebuild your inner fire.

Creativity is my top strength, over the years my passion of "hacking the brain" using tools from a number of different practices from 3000 year old esoteric eastern philosophies to modern positive psychology and more.

I help individuals like yourself shift paradigms and perspectives with an exploration of your direct, lived experience of the reality you have created in order to empower you to make way for what is desired.

The question is do you want to work on being your best authentic self one day or would you like this to be day one of your growth. You choose.

Men face pressures from all sides of life and most of the time we bear it.
What happens when the pressures are too much?
What does it mean to be a great man/father/husband in the 21st century?
What is my definition of masculinity?
What are my values and what is important to me?
What are we prepared to sacrifice on our path to greatness?

We as men, generally speaking "get on with it."
When in our lives do we really stop to think, ponder and explore these topics?
When do we shine an honest light to ask what are we doing with our physical, emotional and spiritual fitness?

I work with men who are ready to commit and willing to put down their ego to define and achieve their own version of greatness.

As a naturally anxious person, this have been a place of massive growth for me. It used to be hard for me to even be in public by myself, in fear of people judging at me.
Now, I'm able to deliver talks, training for groups and it feels natural for me. I've even performed in front of 10,000 people and asked to do a TED talk. If I can do this, imagine what is possible.

I've supported many individuals who find it hard in the past to 'be seen' or 'speak out'.
Surprisingly, a high number of leaders, who seems 'confident' still have some blockages in this area. It takes courage and commitment to explore the parts of us that we need to outgrow.

Find your:
- authentic communication style
- confidence that feels good to you.
- version of yourself that can grow, develop into your ideal future.
