About Helen
My life totally fell apart in 1997. In the following 6 years, I spent my time learning how to rebuild my world, and then learning how to support others going through a similar experience.

I launched Inner Energy in 2003 and, since then, have helped clients from all around the world to find emotional freedom, and become the best version of themselves.

I am an EFT Master Practitioner, an Enneagram Coach, and I hold Senior Accreditation with the NCIP (National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists).

In 2012, I combined all of my learning and experience into a single body of work and created the Diamond Fire coaching programme.
