Hayley, the Inked Unicorn, is a truly exceptional tattoo artist who has the incredible talent of transforming old tattoos into beautiful, intricate masterpieces. I had the pleasure of working with her for a cover-up of my old Chinese writing with delicate fine line roses and mandalas a few months ago, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! I can now wear dresses again 😂
