Originally, we managed our own servers and encountered a lot of problems that took up valuable time to fix, not to mentioned the impact it could have had on our brand name. They helped us through what had been happening, how it could be better managed, and what precautions need to be taken. Immediately, I realised that I was talking to incredibly knowledgable experts and decided to sign them up to manage our servers for us. Since then, we've never had a problem - it is well worth the little bit of extra money that we budget every month because it opens us up to build more websites and grow the business.
