Harminder.... The man the myth the legend, i used to think Nirvana was just a rock band. Well that was until i had experienced the massage to which all other massages be held accountable to. A truely great massage expereince with a hint of eastern wisdom, delivered with the vigor of a man of far fewer years yet with the skill of an old master well versused in the subtle art of deep tissue release. Splendid chap, exquisite experience highly recomend this mams hands are a national treasure! Fixed my neck/back pain that ive had for years. What a guy! More...

I’ve been twice and plan on going again soon. Harry is really friendly and it’s clear that he really cares about his work. If you’re thinking about it you should definitely book an appointment. More...

Harminder was exceptional, made me feel totally relaxed and was able to work at a pressure I was comfortable with. Will definitely be back. Thanks

I had a massage this evening with Chris to help sort out a pain in my back I've had since I was 12 years old. Since a teenager, I have seen countless physios, chiropractors, masseuses, both private and on the NHS and without question, Chris was the best I've experienced. He knew immediately the specific muscle groups that needed attention, and was eloquent and professional in explaining where the muscle was in relation to the bones in my back that was causing the issue. He worked into my whole back with focus and in detail, I genuinely felt in the hands of an expert and will most definitely be returning. Thank you Chris! x More...

Every serious athlete understands the importance of a regular self-care. Sports massage helps increase blood circulation,

promotes muscle growth and encourages a fast recovery ensuring you are fit and ready to perform again as soon as possible.

First, during an initial consultation, your therapist does a postural analysis and asks about any muscles that require special attention.

Your treatment may include the entire body or one specific area or muscle group.

Then your therapist asks you to undress to your comfort level and leaves the room.

Once you are ready, your therapist begins by warming your muscles with light compressions.

Then the therapist uses a combination of long gliding strokes, kneading, trigger point release, stretches and pulls to perform the massage.

After the massage, your therapist discusses a self-care plan or recommends a follow-up treatment, if necessary.

If you want to compete at the top of your game, sports massage is an essential part of your self-care and routine maintenance.
