After popping in for a general consultation, I was really impressed by their personalised service and dedication to making it work for me. I had a 5-month treatment with Infinity Dental, needing 5 implants. The operation did take around 4 hours to complete, but I was so very impressed with how hardworking and dedicated the team were, and how spotless the facilities were. Dr M. I contacted them when a cracked wisdom tooth had me climbing the walls with pain. They saw me within 24 hours, produced a treatment plan that worked for me and all the work I've had done has been excellent. I highly recommend them.

I made an appointment to see Dr Mohsin with a view to having some dental implants. My first impression was of the friendliness of the staff at the surgery who appeared to know all their clientele by name as soon as they walked through the door, they are simply superb at their jobs. I might also add that the premises are always spotlessly clean.Dr Mohsin is someone who makes you feel at ease the moment that you meet him. He explains everything that is to occur throughout the process simply, clearly and professionaly. I recently started a teeth whitening treatment with Infinity and I can honestly say the results have been amazing! Over the past few months i've now had a teeth whitening course, a few old fillings replaced and some chipped teeth fixed. The end result is fantastic, to look at you wouldn't know that i've had any work done on them at all . As for the experience itself I can't fault it. At every level all the members of staff i've dealt with have been professional and friendly, they also seem to genuinely enjoy working there which makes the atmosphere quite pleasant. I recently had Invisalign treatment with Infinity dental and I’m so happy with the result! I had the treatment to close gaps between my teeth and straighten a molar that had turned sideways. Hannah and the team were brilliant throughout. It was always easy to get appointments whenever I wanted and they were always on hand to answer any questions I had. I can be a nervous patient with some treatments and they were accommodating of that. The treatment lasted around 2 years in total. I was set to go travelling for 6 months, and the day before leaving Hannah fit me in for root canal treatment on an extremely painful tooth, it was done in 1 hour and not scary at all! I have just completed treatment for 4 implants and I can honestly say,as promised,I have experienced absolutely no pain at all. Having implant treatment at Infinity is the best decision I’ve ever made and at no point have I regretted my decision.Every single member of staff have been fantastic but special praise must go to Dr Patel and Dr Wilson who are both incredibly professional,knowledgeable,approachable,calming and total perfectionists and just brilliant at what they do.I was talked through every procedure at all appointments and Jasmine was always at the other end of the phone if I had any questions or worries,which I quite often did.If anyone has thought about or seriously considering implant treatment but are worried or scared that it will be painful, yes it’s very daunting but you will soon be put at ease and I was always involved in my treatment plan and I was always explained everything that was planned.I have,for as long as I can remember been absolutely petrified of the dentist due to previous experiences but because I now have total trust in my dentists I think I can safely say I now have absolutely no fear of going to the dentist and that is something I never thought I could achieve and that is 100% because I have every faith in Dr Wilson and Dr Patel.i cannot recommend Infinity Dental Clinic enough and thank you just doesn’t seem enough for giving me a lovely,healthy smile,but....thank you! Being a particularly nervous patient when it comes to visiting the dentist I was aghast to learn that my dentist, who I had been seeing and trusted for over 30 years, had suddenly retired without saying anything. I attended my next dental appointment with great trepidation and fear of what the ‘new people’ would be like. Thankfully my fears were unfounded and I now feel confident with everyone at Infinity Dental Clinic, to the point whereby I have recently undergone extensive dental implant treatment.I originally has a single implant in my lower jaw and came away saying that I would never put myself through that again, even though I opted for conscious sedation as part of the process so was not ‘with it’ for a large portion of the procedure. That said, I have just completed the process of a further six implants in my upper jaw, without the sedation, but with the help of hypnotherapy from the lovely Clare Collins at Inner Retreat Hypnotherapy. Throughout the implant process I was kept fully informed of what would happen at each stage, and treated with care and dignity at all times. I have now gone from being a person who has worn denture from the age of 16, starting as a partial denture and adding teeth over the years until I wore a full upper denture, to being someone who now has a full set of permanently fixed teeth in my upper jaw. I can say that the process from start to finish seemed, in my mind, to go on forever, but I know that that was due to my dental anxiety! I would also add that I do appreciate that it takes time to get things right and I am so glad that both myself and Dr Patel travelled on this journey together, and that without my complete confidence in him I would not have gone down this route.I now have a smile that I am proud of, I can eat whatever I want without the worry of having to readjust my teeth. It truly does make you appreciate the simple things in life that we take for granted. The first time I ate an apple without my teeth wobbling everywhere was pure joy!!As I am sure you will appreciate, after wearing a denture for most of my life I now need to learn to be confident when I smile and remember not cover my mouth. I truly believe that this will come in time, I just need to stop being embarrassed now for having a perfect smile! Referred to infinity by my usual dentists and WOW! Looked after from start to finish, everything thoroughly explained, I can honestly say its been a pleasure to visit the dentist. I have just finished my implant treatment and I'm absolutely over the moon with the end result It wasn't easy,it took 11 months and I think mine was a very challenging case but not once did I ever regret doing it and I trusted my dentists 100% and as they promised me (and to be honest I didn't think it possible) my treatment was absolutely pain free which considering the work I had done is amazing! I've always been absolutely petrified of the dentist but I can honestly say I now have absolutely no fear of going and this is all down to everyone at Infinity in particular Dr Wilson and Dr Patel who are knowledgable,calm professional but very approachable and totally amazing! I have always hated the dentist and generally extremely anxious while there, James is my dentist here. Today I had to have a filling. I was so nervous before the treatment however James and his nurse Katie made me feel at ease and talked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment (knowing how nervous I usually am) I didn’t feel a single thing. I've just completed 20 months of Invisalign treatment, I know that seems like a long time but my teeth were really awful and now they're absolutely perfect. After years of smoking, drinking all the wrong things and a fear of dentists but also being too embarrassed to see one. Took the plunge and visited 3 dentists for advice and quotes. One dentist made me feel awful to the point I had a panic attack. Infinity - Jasmine was so lovely at point of contact and Dr Patel just seemed so nice I felt really comfortable so signed up. I've never once felt nervous there and the treatment took longer than originally expected but Dr Patel wasn't quite satisfied so decided on a few amendments to get the best results. Invisalign really works but you have to follow the treatment plan and it can be difficult as it's quite a lifestyle change and in the first couple of weeks can feel sore but worth it. My teeth are now straight and now that Dr Wilson has finished my teeth off with composite fillings to make them even they now look natural, straight and white. Infinity is a welcoming and friendly practice. Dr Patel and Dr Wilson are brilliant at what they do and are not satisfied with anything less than perfect. On the plus side there's plenty free on street parking. One regret I have is I wish I'd taken the plunge sooner and had my teeth fixed years ago. In short it's worth every penny. I have just completed my course of treatment to replace a front tooth and crown with a full implant. I am absolutely over the moon with the results, and after 30+years of having a crown, I can 100% say I have got my smile back. The whole team at Infinity are very friendly, and welcoming and carefully take you through each step of the treatment fully explaining what will be happening next so that there are no doubts or fears. At the end of my treatment Dr Patel suggested a further potential to properly shape the gum before the implants final fit. Although this added another 2 weeks to the treatment time, the results are stunning. My smile is once again 100% symmetrical and no one would ever know about my treatment having taken place. I recommend this extra step to anyone thinking about having an implant. I cannot thank Jasmine, Sophie and Dr Patel ...as well as the rest of the staff at Infinity for all their kind help and assistance over my course. I recently travelled to infinity dental care to observe the clinical expertise of Dr M Patel performing multiple disciplines ranging from general care to complex implant treatment and bone grafting. I had not been satisfied with my NHS upper denture mainly because the teeth were too white for my age [73] and they looked false especially on family photographs. I looked around on-line for a solution and visited another private clinic [i.e. NOT Infinity] for a discussion. The owner there was quite off-putting and dismissive and made me feel that he didn't really want to take me on. I then inquired about treatment at Infinity Dental Clinic. Straight away there was a huge difference. Jasmin rang me back and was pleasant encouraging and positive. She arranged for a preliminary examination by one of the dentists [Hannah] Hannah did a thorough check up to make sure all was well with my mouth and remaining teeth and was again positive and encouraging about the possibility of providing what I wanted. Hannah then did all the work from impressions and try-in fittings over a period of 6 or 7 visits. My appointments were always dead on time. Hannah and Yvonne were always pleasant and relaxed. I now have the teeth and I am very pleased with them because they do not look false now and because Hannah also made some alterations to the 'set' of the teeth [compared with my previous denture] which is definitely an improvement. Everyone there at Infinity including, dentists, receptionists, nurses etc, were cheerful and kind and I can recommend them all to you. More...
