Absolutely brilliant from the first phone call to the collection at the end of night. John was so helpful nothing seemed to much for him even me asking him to repeat things again and again. He reallt was a true professional and the quality of the photos was 100%. Everyone loved the look of the selfie station and we have so many funny memories.

We had an amazing wedding night, and John played a huge part in it!

When guests start to spontaneously dance even before the meal is finished, you know that the music is good! !

And accomplishing this was no small feat, given the specific circumstance of our wedding: a lot of different cultures and music tastes were represented: from romanian folk songs, french classics, salsa, to metal songs..

We'd asked John to play about half of what he usually plays at weddings and for the other half to pick from the various playlists that we'd curated and given him.

He did a great job at gauging the mood of the crowd and mixing things based on it. We're still amazed at the fact that the dance floor was continuously busy the whole night, and with very different styles of music throughout the evening!

John is also a super nice guy and also helped with announcing the various events of the night to the guests.

Thank you John! We're so grateful for having picked you as our wedding reception DJ!

Q&As

Being able to adapt your style and play what the customer wants. It’s not about the Dj…it’s about the customer experience. There are also transitions from different genres which need to be managed well, and being able to seamlessly mix with no gaps in music is a skill I possess, irrespective of what music is playing.

Style?? My style is party/fun Dj. I let my music and mixing do my talking for me! Whether it be pop, soul, current chart, reggae or house/garage, it’s all about how you can read the crowd. Same rules apply - mix well, no gaps, keeps them keen.

360 booths are a new concept, and it’s hard to get the older generation to shift from “paper”… but look at this scenario: you’ve a booth print, and having such a great time at a party, you’re frightened to lose it. What do you do?? You take a photo of it on your phone! So, let’s save the environment, and cut out the paper!! Simples…

Props are dependent upon the party, to be honest. At the moment, we are still respecting Covid, and therefore purchasing fresh props for each event we do, so no cross contamination. That way, we can explicitly tailor props to each function we do.

Making people dance. Seeing the outcome of our work, be it videos or tired patrons at the end of the night. Meeting new faces, or connecting with previous customers that have used our services. We have customers that are 5, 10, or 15 years using our services, so we are confident of repeat business clients.

Control! I’m not a control freak, however working for people that are can be frustrating and uninspiring. I want my customers to be able to enjoy their event effortlessly. There should be no stress. I’m the last one they need to worry about. So, I’m order to achieve this, we are on site as early as we can to emit a sense of calm that we are here. One of the last to leave too!

I can’t say I’m the best. I can’t say I’m the cheapest. What I can say is our service is guaranteed not to break down, for it’s all fully checked and serviced annually. I can say we offer a professional service to ALL clients, from the children’s discos we do, to the very senior parties we cater for - everyone gets treated with respect.

No. Djing cannot be offered remotely, and neither can the operation of the 360 booths, for you need to be present in order for the videos to be captured. The only thing we do offer remotely is after the event, we can transmit to a delegated member, all videos captured at the event, and those could be kept or distributed at a later date to patrons.

We do not share props, when working the 360 booths. All our props are newly bought. We try to keep a safe distance from patrons when we carry out all services, including djing. We offer non-contact video sharing, so all electronic without the need to touch!

Services

Offering a professional 360 booth experience. Videos are sent on the day to users bia Airdrop or QR code (wifi permitting). Choice of up to 5 snippets of music to add to videos. Client gets complete set within 48 hours of event ending.

Dj services and full DJ kit hire available. Caters for 50/500 people. Standard DJ set hours are 4 hours, extra for longer. PA equipment does include lighting for your event. Additional uplighters on request.

Manned or unmanned selfie pods available, for social media sharing (no paper - environmentally friendly!)
