I know it can be difficult to take this first step to find a counsellor and begin to talk about what is happening in your life. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, loss, family problems or another issue. Whatever you are experiencing I offer a supportive, welcoming environment where you will be listened to and not judged. I will help you talk through your thoughts and feelings so you can start to make sense of what you are experiencing and therefore understand yourself more.

I provide a confidential and accepting space where we can work together to enable you to look at what you are going through. By talking through your thoughts and feelings it will help you unravel your past from the present. As we work together this will help you process your thoughts and feelings and begin to gain insight into why you think and behave as you do.

This is your personal journey therefore it is important for you to go at your own pace as you work through and begin to make more sense of what is happening in your life. With this new understanding you will be able to bring about positive change in your life and decide how you want to move forward.

I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and work within their framework, therefore providing you with a professional, safe and ethical service.
