The topics on which Sophie coaches will resonate with all of us. Having the right strategies for dealing with life’s challenges has been so important to me. I completed Sophie’s 10 week cours;. I feel like I’ve learnt how to be more positive in my day to day life and able to use tools to keep me feeling more positive when I’m struggling.
The weekly 1-1s really helped with accountability and moving forward with my goals.

Sophie is one of my friends but also my therapist, she is absolutely incredible at getting me to open up about my feelings and to talk openly about anything I feel is affecting me. She makes every single feeling feel valid and makes me feel at such ease when we are chatting. I don’t like discussing my feelings as I usually feel like they are silly or the reason behind them are silly, Sophie makes me realise that they are the complete opposite and goes through the reasons why I might be feeling these types of ways. My career is extremely rewarding, I get to support people on their journey to achieve their goals and it’s great to be apart of! I know that happiness doesn’t just come from external or superficial factors so being able to help people daily gives me a deeper meaning in life.

I have always been passionate about mental health. We all at some point in our lives struggle with it. From my own experience it seemed that services only catered to people when it was too far gone. Coaching really appealed to me because it worked with people in a positive, non patronising way and gave them the knowledge and tools to recognise when their mental health is slipping and work on building it back up.

I am a kind, empathetic and non judgemental person.

I recognise that not everyone feels comfortable sharing every aspect of their life with a stranger.

Which is why I offer a science based 10 week mind building programme that can be accessed in your own time, in the comfort of your own home.

With the option to include 10 weekly 1-1 meetings for accountability.
