I came in to see Lisa for the hot stones treatment last week, Lisa put me at ease straight away and assessed my needs before starting the treatment. I’m just coming back down to Earth after the most wonderful massage from Lisa yesterday evening. It was the first time I’ve been to In Motion Therapy and I will definitely be back! Lisa put me at ease immediately (her home-based treatment room is thoughtfully set up to feel more like a spa so it’s impossible not to!). I had an Indian Head Massage which was simply blissful, followed by a bespoke Hot Stone Massage, which she tailored intuitively and confidently to my needs. She even gave me a taster of the Bamboo Massage to see what I thought (it was great!). Lisa is very knowledgeable and passionate about adapting treatments to suit each client, which is exactly what I felt I needed. I left feeling physically and emotionally more relaxed, I had the best night’s sleep in months, and my muscles are much happier today too. Thank you Lisa! More...

Would definitely recommend Lisa’s treatments . I had a Indian head massage ‍♀️ and hot stones massage . The treatment room is very peaceful and serene . Lisa makes her massage bespoke to any individual needs . She is a brilliant masseur and I benefited enormously from this treatment at In Motion Therapy . Uk .
