We wanted a drop kerb only (drive already done), lots of other council approved contractors were too busy or wouldnt take on this relatively small job - "not worth it really". Tilly was superb - knowledgeable, efficient, personable and professional. Michael came out within 24hrs of my first contact and the quote was received almost straight away, competitive price. Numerous delays with the council saw the work put back (NOT Imperial's fault!) but Tilly managed reschedule the work to fit us in so we got the kerb dropped in good time. The guys on site were friendly and hardworking and the finished result is spot on. All in all a fabulous service - definitely recommend Imperial to anyone! More...
