Impact8 is pretty unique in the consultancy and training field.  Why?  Because we’re one of the few organisations to marry the best practices of business and elite sport.  This is at the heart of our operational thinking.

We are a team of like-minded management consultants and trainers who are committed to creating a lasting impact upon the organisations we engage with.

Each member of the team brings with them over 15 years' experience of affecting change from shop floor to board room level.

Allied to this experience is a strong academic foundation at the heart of what we do, with each of us being educated to at least MBA level.  We continue to lecture and tutor at some of Europe's finest business schools.  We draw on the latest academic thinking to drive change and sustainable organisational growth.  We call this Academic Thinking in Action.

Our multi-sector experience means we're well placed to apply our methodologies to any given context. And we have extensive experience of affecting change in the following sectors: healthcare, aviation, elite sport, NGOs, IT, luxury goods and the built environment.

We have led several key projects across multiple sectors.  Our current portfolio of clients includes IATA, Qatar Airways, Saudi Arabian Airlines, The FA, The European Institute of Innovation and Technology, The European Business Bank and The University of Sheffield.

It's not just big organisations we work with, we're equally adept working with start-ups too.  All core members of the team were registered Growth Coaches for the UK Government's Growth Accelerator Scheme.  So we've acted as 'growth catalysts' to several start-ups and have  been instrumental in helping them not only achieve their growth targets but exceed them too.

We believe that both sport and business can learn from each other and feel that Impact8 is the platform for that knowledge transfer to happen.
