These guys are great! They did a fantastic clean on my almost 14 year old oatmeal coloured carpets.
There was an area of carpet that was really grubby due to being a high traffic area, I thought it was beyond rescue, but they got it looking almost new.
I am really happy with the service. They got straight down to work, they were professional, efficient and pleasant.
I would definitely use them again and would recommend them.

I definitely will not be using their services again, neither will I recommend them. He destroyed my lovely cream rug and was rubbish with the half hearted apology. Not only that, but the communication was poor and so was his attitude! I now have to fork out more money to have my rug PROFESSIONALLY sorted! More...

Hi Dominique, we cleaned your rug for you once we left there was no issues, you left us a great review and that was that. Days later you contacter me regarding staining which has never happened before. Out of a gesture of good will i offered to come back and re do the rug. Having looked at the rug personaly i don't believe that we caused the staining however i carried out the clean. The staining never came out on this occassion. I was dubious but i have no way of proving it was not caused by you once i had left. Due to this i offered to pay the price of the rug which was printed on the back. You then requested an amout £80 higher than what was on the back of the rug. When i questioned this you came up again with a dubious response but then quickly settled on the amount i firstly suggested. I have apologised on numerous occassion even though i dont believe this was caused by ourselves. Hopefully another company can help you further however i doubt it as we use professional equipment and chemicals which they will more than likely have themselves

What can I say wow. He was recommended to me and worth his weight in gold, my carpets look almost like the day I bought them.
I have had them professionally cleaned in the past but I can honestly say it was no where near as professional and I was no where near as pleased with the results as Jordan provided.
My car keys are dark cream and after a puppy in the house it feels clean and fresh again. Can’t rate him highly enough. Would have paid for new carpets had they not come up as good.
