5 Star Service. Went to an independent shop in Chichester (next to the Cross) who changed my iPad screen three times, it still didn’t work. Took what was left of my ipad to iMend who knew exactly what the fault was. I wish I’d gone to them in the first place. Excellent service, first rate communication too and v reasonable price. I had a 'ghost touch' problem with my iPhone 6S Plus, so completed an enquiry form on iMend's website. They responded by email very quickly and recommended a fix at a very reasonable price.
