Kate sent me countless samples in various colours until I decided on a final print and also showed patience and professionalism whenever I called her with all of my changes. Even when I had to change the table plan the week of the wedding, she was calm and assured me it was sorted. AMAZING!! - Wow where to even begin I cannot recommend this business enough. After receiving disappointing samples and being quoted extortionate prices from several other suppliers I was finding wedding invitation shopping extremely stressful. I found Imagine on Instagram and their service has been exceptional. I believe that your wedding invitation sets the scene for your day so I wanted them to be really special but of course I had a budget and from shopping around I quickly realised that all these amazing styles I had seen on Pinterest were beyond what I could afford. Kate was excellent in listening to what I wanted and put together a bespoke style that was affordable but looked absolutely stunning. She had a sample out to me within a couple of days. The whole process was efficient and she kept in constant contact with me at all times. She was so patient even after requesting very many amendments to my proofs! The invitations were delivered in immaculate condition and such high quality. Everything from how they were packaged to the quality of the envelopes is outstanding. I’ve recently received our wedding invitations, they’re absolutely beautiful. I can’t thank the Imagine team enough, from all the alterations I made and all the samples they sent me, the final invitations are amazing! I can’t wait to hand them out to our guests. The quality and service was second to none. A special thanks to Charlotte, for sticking with me through all of this- I can’t thank you enough. If i could give more than 5* I would. We couldn't have asked for anymore from the team at Imagine, our wedding venue looked beautiful. It was beyond anything I could have imagined. I rang Sophie the day before our wedding panicking that we hadn't got enough decoration to fill the spaces at our venue but she reassured me that it would be fine but would take extra things just in case I wanted more.
