What do you love most about your job?
Making things work. I am the king of hoarders (apparently), I never throw anything away because to me everything has a value and everything can be made to work again.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It was just a natural thing to do after working in I.T for 25 years.
Why should our clients choose you?
I like to think I am good at what I do. I have a lot of Industry Certification and a lot of experience. I am honest and fair. All I want is a happy client so I can move onto the next one. If I feel something is not right for either of us I will say.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Remote only, expect for collection and delivery. I have a static safe workshop with all the tools and resources I need. Multimeters, soldering irons, power supplies and components so I can not really repair at a customers home. I can either collect your device or you can deliver to me. I live near Farnborough in Hampshire.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am Covid safe out of the box. I collect or you deliver and then we return the device when completed. We can keep 2 metres from each other and I do not have to enter your home. I always cleanse devices before and after I have worked on them.
Smartphone repairs
We repair damaged, non booting and liquid damaged phones as well as battery and screen replacements.
PC, Mac and Laptop Repairs
We repair computers at component level meaning that we use advanced diagnostics to locate component faults and then replace the faulty component. We have a good success rate and where we are not successful we do not charge. We also replace screens and storage. Rebuild and upgrade as well as remove viruses and malware.
Gaming Console Repairs
iLogix Computer Solution repair game consoles. We offer board level and microsoldering on the latests gaming systems.
Tablet Repairs
We repair damaged, non booting and liquid damaged phones as well as battery and screen replacements.
TV Repairs
Flat screen TV repairs. All sets are repaired in our workshop. Local collection and return.
Microsoldering
iLogix Computer Solutions offer Micro Soldering services. We are happy to help you assemble or repair PCBs and we have a static safe workshop with Hakko, Quick and Amscope tools. We work with leaded and unleaded solder and we can take builds and repairs off your hands and leave you to focus elsewhere.
