Visited today with my daughter to consider getting get us both helix piercings. It was really important to us that the environment was relaxing and that the hygiene was to a high standard given covid etc, we also assessed the professionalism of the team as we wanted to be confident we were in safe hands and trusted the person performing the work. After reviewing the shop we were confident and happy all our “asks” had been met. Initially my daughter was VERY nervous as she felt anxious as to what to expect and how much it may hurt, Paul, who carried out our piercings was incredibly patient, he explained everything in detail showing her all the equipment which would be used and all each item was individually packaged and sealed to evidence it was sterile. She took some time to mentally prepare herself and Paul was in no rush, he allowed her to take her time and answered all questions she asked. The piercing itself took seconds and afterwards she was happy she stuck with it to get what she wanted despite her phobia of needles. The piercing itself is in the exact place she wanted it and the angle placement is perfect. Thank you for making this experience enjoyable and for your patience, this has help her achieve a look she has been longing for and helped her overcome a fear. Much appreciated More...
