Great location for meeting rooms in central Manchester. Only 5 minutes from the train station. The tram and bus interchange is just outside and lots of places close by to grab a light lunch. The staff at the City Tower and iHub reception were exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. The room I hired was perfect for one to one interviews. We have been a tenant of iHub's for two and a half years now, working out of their City Tower site in Manchester up on the 13th floor. It is a great location right in the heart of the city. We have transport links on our doorstep, with nice bars, restaurants and coffee shops at the base of the building on New York Street that are perfect for more informal meetings or entertaining clients.Our staff love the friendly and professional office environment within the building as do our clients, many of whom come to see us for appointments at the office. The meeting facilities are excellent and the views are always a talking point with clients. In contrast to our previous premises in Spinningfields that were sterile and dull, iHub have created a warm and welcoming space that has personality whilst still being very presentable and professional. Both us and our guests are always greeted with a smile when we walk into reception and nothing is ever too much trouble when we need help with anything.Leigh, Wenzel, Nicole, Joy and the rest of the team at iHub are brilliant and it feels like we have formed a good business partnership that I hope will continue for the long term. The staff at iHub have really gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and they made our move as easy as possible. Having been in the iHub now for two months I can say with out reservation that it’s a fantastic place to work, a multitude of different organisations to network with. The services are without doubt the best on offer in the city, I did look at other locations across the city but few had the vibe or facilities that iHub have so I kept coming back to the iHub. The iHub team have been amazing with everything that I have needed and contract wise it was simplicity it’s self, think the whole process took two days. The location is perfect for anyone looking to do business in the city or even London and Manchester as you can be at either in under an hour and a half by train. iHub have got the price point right, customer service right, events right, facilities right & atmosphere right.The perfect balance! Amazing service and attention to detail.Our business recently moved to the new site on the 3rd Floor Colmore Gate, Birmingham. Without doubt Emma and Sophie offer the best service of any serviced office i have visited or spoken to in the area. From signing the contract 4 months in advance of moving in, their communication could not have been better. We were kept informed with regular updates and site visits as the refurb progressed. On moving in their preparation was so good that we literally just plugged in our PCs and phones and we were up an running within minutes. Modern Office with city views.with a variety of open plan offices, iHub offers a great place for staff to relax and recharge throughout the day. Didn't realise these review pages existed, very interesting to read through contrasting opinions of ihub Manchester. I've worked here at City Tower on the 13th floor since the end of March 2017, and its been an absolute joy. Certainly the best working environment I have experienced in my career, I've seen a few as well! I'm 52 years old, and got a sneaky feeling I might be one of the oldest on the floor, oh dear!! So at 52, if I needed to grumble, I probably would! But I love working here, the offices are well equipped, the communal areas are well kept and comfortable, great facilities, wonderful coffee, and a well earned drink on a Friday evening courtesy of ihub in the 12th floor bar! It's a pleasure to be part of it all. Also, I must mention the ihub team who greet us each day, Natasha and Lauren are mainly the ones we see and chat to, Nicole occasionally, they are all so very friendly, warm and welcoming. Being a small business ourselves, it can feel isolated working in shared office space. However, iHub have really turned the concept of serviced offices around with their super friendly team, fantastic office space with modern facilities, and opportunities to network / socialise with other businesses, and free, good quality coffee on tap :) Through iHub we have also been referred clients. I would definitely recommend iHub!

ihub Office provide a excellent customer service and a stylish work space. They would have received five stars but they let themselves down badly with the toilet facilities, which are inadequate for the number of occupants, not very well constructed and the hand dryers are a complete waste of time.
