Very pleased with the work carried out by iGroup Services. We recently moved into a house with parquet mosaic flooring that desperately needed some TLC, but we didn't have a clue on where to start. Craig provided a consultation on the same day I made an enquiry and he outlined each step of the recommended work to be done (sanding, staining, lacquer finish) - even helped us pick out a colour that would complement the kitchen worktops. The guys who came over to complete the job were very tidy and professional and we couldn't be happier with the result. I recently had some “tile cleaning” carried out to my two shower rooms. The cleaner worked hard with what he was provided, so I can not fault him but would say that the process used was mere hand brush and bleach scrub which is what my cleaner regularly does to the tiles. I even asked him would he like softened water to clean and he said “no”! We all know any cleaning has much better results with soft water. I assumed he had a bleach or chemicals that would soften the water first but apparently not. When I pointed out the grout stains I needed removing he said h e could not do that but will try. The website which led me to employ iGroup specifically mentions removing grout stains! When he finished he informed me that it would look better when it dried. It is dry now and looks no better. Hi Craig [25 Aug 2023] Thank you for your response. I am so glad to learn you are the owner of the business - wish you well with it. The reviews for any business should be an honest opinion of the customer's experience. I hope you take my review as just that and nothing more. When the tiles showed no result after they were dry and when every member of the family said "did the tile cleaning take place today?" I had to give my "review"! I see you have fantastic reviews from other customers - they had good results. I did not. As for expecting you to lift 90kg machine that is not my problem. If you have the machines for cleaning and you have areas for the machine to reach, you have to find how to do that. May be have an extension lead! And as for my initial order being to include the kitchen which I then cancelled leaving just the shower rooms, that should be my prerogative - I was told I needed to replace the tiles soon and did not think it was prudent to spend money on cleaning those tiles if they are to be replaced. I did pay the fee for you to attend to do a sample cleaning! The bottom line is I did not get the result I was expecting and felt I needed to give a review! That is the purpose of a review! I paid £1000 for this work so you would think they would be bending over backwards to help me solve my problems regardless of who is to blame.
