What do you love most about your job?
I love to see the transformation in my clients after a period of coaching with me. It gives me great pleasure to see them step up into a better version of who they are, confident to do the things that they were reluctant to do before we started working together.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was my own inspiration because I had low self confidence and did not love myself so I allowed situations and relationships that did not bring out the best in me. Hiring a coach and doing the inner work of loving myself and boosting my confidence and now living my best life helping others do the same. This inspired me to train as a life coach so I can help others achieve their goals just like I did mine.

My clients choose me because they are currently who and where I used to be. They are guranteed to be heard and given the space to express themselves without judgement. I provide a space for helping them to uncover their fears and finding their own options during our sessions together.

Yes my services are online or remotely. I am happy to use the phone or zoom depending on the cleint's preference.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I meet my clients in a private space where we will social distance with masks on.
