What do you love most about your job?
As a business we love to see our clients happy with the work we provide to them. What I personally love is helping clients discover what pensions they have from past employments, that they have lost track of. We've found hundreds of thousands of pounds in some cases which clients were unaware of. This can be life changing in some circumstances, when they have released their tax free cash and paid off mortgages and debts.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We were sick of working for large national businesses. They had big names out there but did not offer the personal service which we do. Every client is different and individual and we research the market place to find out which product is best for them.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because we are professional but also have a friendly approach. We get the job done in a timely manner. I think the best compliment we can receive as a business is the referral of existing clients to new clients.
