Q&As

I enjoy seeing the journey of the client. Experiencing the person they was and who they became and what they achieved.

I witnessed the gaps within the industry and I felt why not me.
I coached and trained myself in the very ways I now do my clients, so to trial them for their effectiveness and my life changed. I love the feeling I get knowing I make a difference, it is my WHY, my Purposefulness.

As a coach, I bring a unique perspective to my clients, having experienced the structure, discipline, and mental fortitude that comes with a career in the military. My dedication to personal growth and helping others has led you to pursue studies in psychology, counselling, and neuro-linguistic programming, and my experience as a trainer demonstrates my commitment to sharing my knowledge and skills with others.

My coaching philosophy centres around understanding how we work and identifying our "why," as this is the driving force behind our motivation and success. I recognize that creating a routine is essential to maintaining motivation and structure, and I work with my clients to establish this foundation for success.

That I can, though i find coaching in person provides more due to the senses, i.e. coaching calls is mainly auditory.
I believe in immersive holistic coaching. The environment matters.

Services

In Person Coaching is at my home office in the city of Manchester.
My coaching philosophy centres around understanding how we work and identifying our "why," as this is the driving force behind our motivation and success. I recognize that creating a routine is essential to maintaining motivation and structure, and I work with my clients to establish this foundation for success.

Throughout the coaching process, I guide my clients towards their goals, providing support, encouragement, and accountability. I believe that the key to true success lies in empowering my clients to coach themselves, so they can continue their journey of personal growth and development.

How does this approach differ from other coaching and counselling practises and what are the benefits?
- With setting a routine for your life we create an environment of control, motivation and personal responsibility. If your honest with yourself, this is majority of the time the reason you haven't gone out and done the thing you wanted to and kept saying, "I don't know why I don't do it, I just don't have the get up and go in me."

- When you focus on the problem and not the root cause, you feed more energy into the negative emotion and it become a circle. instead we focus of the desired behaviour and or outcome, then look at the root causes, plan then take action.

- By taking action and creating this founding in your life you have the ability to reduce, manage and control more of your situations, emotions and results.

If you live outside the radios of feel more comfortable being in your own space we can connect online via video coaching.
