On Wednesday 17th April I paid £32.37 as the quarterly subscription charge for Icon Offices Virtual Mobile Number Premium Package. I got an email confirmation and downloaded their Voiper Tec App. Immediately on opening the Voiper Tec App I found the promised 150 minutes was not credited to my account and it showed £0.04 balance. Further, the call history of the previous user was displayed. I could not make any outgoing calls and kept receiving unwanted calls. I sent two emails and made a call on the company landline on 17th April '24 itself, but have received no response till date. There being hundreds of online digital number providers and many known to be scammers, would have thought that Icon Offices was different from the lot. Sad to say this does not seem to be the case.
