Erica came to our rescue when our original plans for our wedding cake fell through a few weeks before the big day. She was able to arrange to see me to discuss our needs and plan the perfect cake for us. We wanted a cake that was personalised and creative that would be a memorable high point on our day, and to this end Erica surpassed even our wildest dreams. Every minor detail of the cake was done to absolute perfection - the worst part of the day was having to cut the cake! Not only was it presented immaculately but it tasted amazing too! We deliberately ordered a larger size than we ‘needed’ and were thus able to take a good portion of leftover cake on our honeymoon to enjoy every single evening there too. I commissioned Erica to create a cake for my wife's birthday. It was a 'milestone' one so I won't mention her age. Neither did Erica who iced 'Happy XXth Birthday' onto the cake. Nice move. She also made a brilliant little model of our dog Monty to top the cake which was utterly delicious. A huge hit all round and, better still, we had enough left over to have a few slices with a nice cup of tea for a few days after the event. I have seen many of Erica's cakes on FB and they always look awesome - but nothing could prepare me for the reality. Not only did my birthday cake look incredible, and exceed my expectations in terms of its design, but it was the most amazing cake I have tasted.
