I am a freelance personal trainer, meaning i bring the gym to wherever is convenient for you! I dont work in gyms, so my clients tend to train in their own homes or a public space. I work with a range of clients of all different ages who have a range of goals from weight loss, to coming back from an injury, to maintaining their fitness.
