We had a very enjoyable afternoon along with the residents of Pendleton Court, Salford. Ian was very entertaining and engaged so much with the residents, it was great to see the smiles on their faces and all singing along.

My dad has only been in Guide Lane Care Home a short while and had just returned from a short stay in hospital the day before, so was feeling quite low.

I booked Ian to come and entertain my mum and the residents at my mums care home. Ian was brilliant, he interacted with the residents and carers. All who could dance did and those that couldn’t sat and enjoyed the entertainment. It was a tough gig for Ian as the majority of the residents unfortunately are not able to participate but Ian rose to the occasion and we all had a fantastic afternoon. From the Deputy Chair of Dementia Friendly Todmorden- Ian supported one of our monthly cafes recently. All our volunteers stated he was fantastic. He involved everyone and got them all singing or dancing. The feedback we received on his behalf was brilliant. One lady who had brought her elderly mother with dementia said "Thankyou, I got a little bit of my mum back today."

Ian regularly sings at the nursing home I work at, as the activities coordinator it’s my responsibility to book all entertainment and I honestly wouldn’t book anyone else. My residents look forward to seeing him and talk about him for ages after each visit. ABSOLUTELY FANSTASTIC! Ian has been coming to our Care Home for many years, and comes on a regular basis. The residents, their families, and staff all love his performances and we couldn't recommend him highly enough. His engagement with the audience, and his ability to keep them entertained are what stands him out from the rest.
