Screen smashed on Sony Xperia and unable to recover data (very worrying). Although there wasn't a replacement part in store, a new one sourced and the phone was fixed very quickly, a toughened screen fitted for extra durability, and bought a proper case for it. Excellent service, was completed by given time and would highly recommend. I'd urge other people who've had good service to comment on here as it seems to me that only those with bad experiences report anything, not just here, but other websites and other companies in general. Overall I would rate the service as excellent. I have had repairs done from here on a couple of occasions. The first time my son broke his iphone 5 screen, so we went in and the staff repaired it within 30minutes. I was very happy with the quality of the screen and the time taken to replace it. Also I've had my laptops charging port and screen repaired from here and they did an excellent job.
