I first saw Heather with low self esteem following a period of grieving.

Heather’s warm, approachable manner and skilful use of techniques made me feel happier, calmer and less anxious in no time.

After 1 session my self confidence had gone up and has continued to rise. She also sent me a lovely hypnosis recording to listen to whenever I needed a boost.

I would thoroughly recommend Heather for a fast, effective way to treat your issues relating to grief, worry, anxiety and self esteem. More...
