I’ve been to the well-being studio to have reiki healing and hypnotherapy. I have really felt the benefits of both of these therapies! They really do work, I have felt like a new woman these last few weeks since seeing Trevor and Scarlet. They’ve been amazing, you instantly feel welcome and at ease when you walk in and the whole atmosphere is comfortable and professional. Absolutely wonderful people and I can’t thank them enough for the services they have provided me over the last few weeks, I will be back for more treatments regularly! Hypnotherapy sounds daunting but there is no running round pretending to be a chicken, in actual fact it is one of the most relaxing and liberating things I’ve ever done and I’d strongly recommend it to anyone who suffers with anxiety, phobias, trauma etc as I have reaped the benefits firsthand.
