The best thing about being a hypnotherapist? Definitely the positive change that you can see in people. Results can be life changing, and seeing the difference that therapy can make is incredibly rewarding.

I wanted to be my own boss, make my own decisions and work in the way that I wanted to work. I didn't want to be part of the corporate world anymore, and I wanted to make a difference in peoples lives.

I want to work with all of my clients to tailor their treatment so that it suits them as individuals. Everyone is different, and every persons issues are different. I am thorough, attentive and spend time working with my clients as partners in their treatment.

By harnessing techniques based on core psychological principles and intuition, life coaching empowers clients and provide a toolkit of teachings to confidently face difficult challenges and overcome emotional barriers.

A life coach won’t tell you what to do (chances are you already know the answer!) but what they will do is provide an objective and empowering environment, rather than instruction or indoctrination.

Making the decision to quit smoking is an important step, and many people struggle with kicking the habit even after deciding that's what they want to do.
