Having thought a number of times about having the roof cleaned we are really delighted we did.The difference is amazing and both Tony and Danny have high standards and not once minded about pointing out a bit here and there (they probably would have picked them up anyway, I was just jumping the gun! ).The extra service you offer of cleaning down everything else was also appreciated as we have 'white pebble dashing' and this to looks so much better!All in all we're really pleased we had it done and it's made the property look so much sharper. Despite the difficulties of undertaking a contract during the constraints imposed by the Covid-19 virus crisis, HHC performed outstandingly. Had our mid terrace roof cleaned by Hydro Home Clean and they have done an amazing job! It looks like new and it was really really bad before. I have had bad experiences with some trades people who do the job you have paid them to, but leave a mess. Hydro Home Clean are on another level and they let the neighbours know that they would be making some mess before they started so vehicles and garden furniture could be moved. Very professional from beginning to the end. Very reasonable quote and did what they said and in their website including some minor repairs. The guys Arron and Tony was friendly,polite and very hard working. They cleaned my house and conservatory roof. It was a messy job but has been completely cleaned up at the end of everyday including areas affected to our adjuncent neighours. Tony always responded promptly and kept his promise to come back to clean the final messy bits covered and left by the scaffolding. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I live in Fulham and they were happy to come all the way from Southend to clean the entrance to my home which was covered in dirt from the street outside. They cleaned the area, then treated the stains with a bleach solution, then washed everything down again. They worked quickly and efficiently and were very professional throughout, very polite and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had a few teething troubles with this company but the issues were resolved between us and on the whole they did a good job. They removed the stains on the roof which along with removal of the moss were their main instructions. They traveled a long way, and the men were professional and worked hard.
