Can not and do not want to think how things would be now if I’d not made that call to Helen weir, at my lowest point of not knowing how to help my son with his anxiety depression and self harm I needed help, I was sceptical not totally understanding hypnotherapy, but after our first consultation I felt positive for the first time in months 6 sessions later my son is no longer self harming, no longer suffering anxiety and he’s smiling again and looking forward to each day If I have any advice to any one going through this as I did, don’t wait as long as I did to see Helen xx

Very, very good. I visited Helen because I was experiencing grief as a result of a long-term relationship breaking down, and I was struggling to sleep and to concentrate at work. It isn’t a cure for the grief, but the hypnotherapy has been such a positive help in so many ways. I approached hypnotherapy (this is my first time ever having it) with dubious curiosity, but I can’t recommend it enough. Helen is a legend! More...
