I've been seeing Paul for twice-weekly sessions for the past four months. I came to him as someone who'd done next to no exercise since leaving school 25 years ago.
I was overweight and completely out of shape, and in desperate need of guidance to try and get fit and healthy.
From the first initial chat on the phone, right through to now I have found Paul to be professional, compassionate, understanding and having a genuine desire to help me improve both my physique but also my mindset. Add to that his infectious and upbeat personality and you have someone who, for me, quite simply has transformed my life.
Every session with Paul is different, stimulating and thought through. He tracks my fitness and progress in every session, constantly tweaking and pushing me when he thinks the time is right to step up to the next challenge. I've achieved things with Paul that I never thought possible.
If you're looking for someone who will really create a bespoke programme for you, and never take his eye off the ball in terms of your mindset and physical ability, then Paul is your trainer.

we are all individuals with different goals ...get stronger, be fitter, lose weight, move better, feel better etc.
not only that but we all have varying starting points.
the key to success is to really get to know your client, understand what works and what buttons to push to get them motivated and get the most out of each session.
all sessions are designed for the individual client and to be achievable (with some effort of course), fun and engaging.
