A recent experience at work and in my personal life has propelled me to finally start my own business after three years of researching and experimenting with self-improvement practices like NLP, CBT, Hypnotherapy, and the mantra of 'Just do it'. I am now motivated to embark on this new venture.

The past four years in tech have been challenging due to my junior status, diverse background, sexual orientation, and gender. Feeling undervalued and disrespected as my expertise is disregarded by managers has been disheartening. Recently, I took a stand when my boss misrepresented my work during a review. As a coach, I strive to empower underrepresented individuals in tech and promote inclusivity, rather than normalizing compromising and appeasing others based on their minority status.

In my personal life, I found myself a victim of mental abuse and was shocked and isolated because of my own pride. It cost me a lot of trauma and financial strain to escape this, but I believe I have come away with more respect for victims of abuse and a newfound perspective on how to coach their recovery journey.
